In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gam 365" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the operator of the gam 365 platform at gam365.app and all services provided through it.
• "Platform" means the gam 365 website accessible at gam365.app, the gam 365 iOS application, and any associated mobile browser interface.
• "Account" means a registered gam 365 player account held by a natural person aged 18 or above.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" means any natural person who holds or applies for a gam 365 Account.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all gam 365 Account balances are denominated and transactions are processed.
• "Real Money Balance" means the PKR funds in your gam 365 Account that have been deposited directly and are not subject to any bonus wagering requirement.
• "Bonus Balance" means PKR credits awarded to your Account through promotions, welcome offers, or loyalty rewards, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual game or betting product offered on the gam 365 Platform, available within each game's interface.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn from your gam 365 Account.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a responsible gaming tool whereby a Player requests temporary or permanent restriction of access to their gam 365 Account.
• "CNIC" means a Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card issued by NADRA, the acceptable primary identity document for gam 365 account verification.

The gam 365 Platform is available exclusively to persons who are 18 years of age or older. Registration of a gam 365 Account by any person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. By registering, you unconditionally confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. gam 365 reserves the right to request proof of age from any Account holder at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.

The gam 365 Platform is operated for and marketed to users located in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the service from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of gam 365 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. gam 365 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.

When registering a gam 365 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistan email address or mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are obligated to update your registration information promptly if any details change. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Each Player may register and maintain only one gam 365 Account. Multiple accounts registered to the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different Pakistan mobile numbers, or different payment methods — constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions. gam 365 employs automated and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts, including device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gam 365 Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs on your Account while logged in — whether by you or by any third party who has accessed your Account with your credentials — is your responsibility. gam 365 recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account to protect your PKR balance and personal information.

A gam 365 Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or real-money wager is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. gam 365 may charge an administrative fee of 1,000 PKR per month against an inactive Account's Real Money Balance after this period, provided prior notice has been sent to the Account's registered email address. If the Real Money Balance is reduced to zero as a result of inactivity fees, the Account will be closed. Accounts may be reactivated by contacting gam 365 English support.

gam 365 accepts deposits via the following Pakistan payment channels: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Visa/Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your gam 365 Account in PKR. gam 365 does not charge deposit fees on the platform side, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of gam 365.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and SadaPay deposits are credited to your gam 365 Account within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) are credited within 5-30 minutes of bank confirmation. USDT deposits are credited after the required blockchain network confirmations, typically 15-30 minutes. Visa/Mastercard deposits are credited instantly subject to card issuer approval.

The minimum deposit on the gam 365 Platform is 50,000 PKR per transaction. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier as follows: standard Accounts may deposit up to 500,000,000 PKR per transaction; Silver, Gold, and VIP tier Accounts may have elevated limits confirmed in their Account settings. gam 365 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits for any Account at any time.

By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds you are depositing are your own lawfully acquired funds, that you are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party, and that the payment method used belongs to you and is registered in your name. gam 365 may request source-of-funds documentation from any Account as part of its anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

Withdrawals from your gam 365 Account Real Money Balance may be requested at any time subject to the following conditions being met: (a) your Account identity has been verified with a valid CNIC; (b) the withdrawal amount consists of Real Money Balance only (Bonus Balance is not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met); (c) there are no active fraud investigations or compliance holds on the Account.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed same-day for Silver tier and above Accounts, and within 24-48 hours for Bronze tier Accounts. Bank transfers are processed within 1-3 business days. USDT withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. All processing times are subject to gam 365 completing its standard withdrawal verification checks. gam 365 does not charge withdrawal fees on its side; recipient bank and payment provider fees may apply.

Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the specific payment method's withdrawal eligibility. gam 365 may request confirmation of the destination account or wallet before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts not belonging to the registered Account holder, or unverified payment methods are not permitted.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by gam 365 are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between general and specific bonus terms, the specific terms take precedence for that specific offer. Bonuses are credited in PKR to your Bonus Balance and are clearly distinguished from your Real Money Balance in the gam 365 Account dashboard.

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from those bonus funds can be transferred to your Real Money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated clearly on each gam 365 promotional offer. Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements: live casino table games, Andar Bahar, and sportsbook bets may contribute at different rates than Jackpot Slots — the applicable contribution rates are stated on each offer's terms page.

gam 365 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and forfeit any associated winnings if there is evidence of systematic wagering patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk (commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting"), the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotional offer more than once, providing false registration information to claim a new player bonus, or any other activity gam 365's compliance team deems to constitute bad-faith bonus usage.

The gam 365 loyalty programme awards points based on real-money PKR wagering across all game categories. Points accumulate toward loyalty tier thresholds (Bronze: 0-999 points; Silver: 1,000-9,999 points; Gold: 10,000-49,999 points; VIP: 50,000+ points). Tier benefits including PKR cashback percentages, withdrawal processing speeds, and table access privileges are subject to change at gam 365's discretion with notice to affected players.

All games available on the gam 365 Platform — including but not limited to Andar Bahar, Jackpot Slots, Cockfighting, live casino table games, and sportsbook betting — are governed by the specific Game Rules displayed within each game's interface. These Game Rules form part of these Terms & Conditions. By placing a bet or wager on any gam 365 game, you confirm you have read and understood the applicable Game Rules.

Cricket sportsbook bets — including HBL Pakistan Super League match bets, in-play wagers, and accumulator bets — are subject to the gam 365 Sportsbook Rules. All bets are placed in PKR. Accepted odds at the time of bet placement are final and will not be adjusted after acceptance, except in the specific circumstances described in the Sportsbook Rules (event cancellation, walkover, void market). Cockfighting bets placed after the designated bet-closure period for a bout are void.

In the event of a technical malfunction or interruption affecting any gam 365 game — including disconnection during a live casino hand, mid-spin interruption on a Jackpot Slot, or a live stream failure during a Cockfighting bout — gam 365 will endeavour to resolve the session based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the platform server. Results determined by a verified server record are final. gam 365 is not responsible for losses caused by a player's own device failure, Pakistan network interruption, or third-party software issues outside gam 365's control.

All game stakes, bet amounts, winnings, jackpot values, and payouts displayed on the gam 365 Platform are denominated in PKR. Decimal odds format is the default on the sportsbook section. Fractional and Hong Kong odds format options are available in sportsbook settings. gam 365 does not guarantee specific odds availability for any event and may suspend betting markets at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gam 365 Platform. Any Account found to have engaged in the following may be suspended, permanently closed, and have its funds withheld pending investigation:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, spin reels, or interact with any gam 365 game in a manner that is not a natural human action.
• Collusion with other gam 365 players to influence game outcomes, including but not limited to sharing card information in live dealer games or coordinating sportsbook bets to trigger bonus conditions.
• Deliberate exploitation of system errors, game glitches, software bugs, or incorrectly displayed odds to derive unfair profit from the gam 365 Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, unauthorised credit or debit card use, stolen Easypaisa or JazzCash accounts, or any other unlawful payment activity.
• Registering more than one gam 365 Account or assisting another person to create a gam 365 Account for the purpose of circumventing a self-exclusion or Account restriction.
• Creating an Account or placing bets on behalf of a third party, including but not limited to acting as an agent for an undisclosed principal.
• Using the gam 365 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Publishing, reproducing, or transmitting any content, software, or material available on the gam 365 Platform without prior written consent from gam 365.

gam 365 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all Pakistan players. Online gaming involves financial risk and the potential for addictive behaviour. gam 365 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and cannot be increased for a mandatory 24-hour cooling period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum PKR losses per session, per day, or per week across specific game categories including casino, sportsbook, and Cockfighting.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with reality-check notifications at customisable intervals reminding you how long you have been playing and how much PKR has been wagered.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your gam 365 Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. Cannot be reversed once activated.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the gam 365 Platform for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed by the player during the active period. Contact gam 365 English support to initiate self-exclusion at any hour via live chat.
• Account Closure: Request permanent closure of your gam 365 Account. Real Money Balance is returned to your registered Pakistan payment method before closure is finalised.

All content available on the gam 365 Platform — including but not limited to the gam 365 name and logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of gam 365 or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the gam 365 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity as permitted under these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any gam 365 content; reverse-engineer or decompile any gam 365 software; use gam 365 trademarks or branding without written permission; or create derivative works based on gam 365 Platform content.

gam 365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering a gam 365 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include: account registration and verification, PKR payment processing, customer support, fraud detection, responsible gaming compliance, and marketing communications (where opt-in consent has been provided).

gam 365 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors (Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, and other Pakistan payment providers), identity verification services, and regulatory authorities only where required for the operation of the Platform or as required by law. Full details of data processing, retention, and your rights as a Pakistan data subject are set out in the gam 365 Privacy Policy at gam365.app/privacy-policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gam 365 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of the gam 365 Platform; (b) gambling losses incurred through normal Platform operation, including losses arising from games with negative expected value; (c) loss of data, account access, or winnings arising from events outside gam 365's reasonable control including Pakistan network outages, cyber-attacks, regulatory action, or force majeure events; (d) technical failures of third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Pakistan banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits gam 365's liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by gam 365's negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by gam 365; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The gam 365 Platform is provided for entertainment purposes. All gaming activity involves financial risk and players accept this risk entirely when placing bets or wagers.

gam 365 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — gam 365 will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered Pakistan players via email to their registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform before the amended terms take effect.

Minor amendments including clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to reflect changes in operational procedures that do not materially affect player rights may take effect immediately. Continued use of the gam 365 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account before the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the gam 365 Platform shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the gam 365 operator's jurisdiction of incorporation. In the event of a dispute between you and gam 365, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through the gam 365 English customer support team in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution process described in gam 365's dispute handling procedure, available from the English support team. gam 365's decisions on game outcomes, based on server records, are final and binding except in cases of manifest error demonstrably caused by gam 365's own systems.
